Individual Therapy
Individual therapy with me offers a private, highly focused sanctuary to safely untangle from the complex aftereffects of relational trauma, manipulative environments, and chronic anxiety. In our secure virtual sessions, we move past clinical labels and traditional talk therapy. Guided by my primary Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, we work gently and at your exact pace to help you connect with your internal world. Together, we safely locate and heal the different parts of you carrying the heavy burdens of past trauma—such as harsh inner critics or protective aspects stuck in deep self-doubt. This collaborative, one-on-one space is designed to ground your nervous system, clear away the fog of gaslighting, and help you rebuild an unshakeable, authentic foundation of self-worth.

Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a powerful, shared sanctuary that individual sessions alone cannot replicate. Abuse and high-conflict environments thrive on secrecy, often leaving survivors feeling entirely alone in their reality. My groups are intentionally designed to shatter that isolation, bringing together a community of individuals navigating relational recovery and major life transitions. Led from a grounded, trauma-informed stance, this collaborative space allows you to share openly and experience the profound validation of being deeply seen, believed, and understood by peers walking a similar path. Together, we practice real-time boundary setting, explore nervous system regulation tools, and witness one another reclaim our voices, transforming collective survival into shared emotional renewal.

Therapy Intensives & Focused Sessions
For those seeking a deeper, more spacious container than the traditional weekly framework allows, I offer extended Therapy Intensives. These dedicated, multi-hour blocks are designed specifically for individuals navigating major life transitions or tending to the complex aftereffects of relational trauma.

Standard sessions can sometimes feel cut short just as a protective part is beginning to trust the process. An intensive provides a slow, deeply secure container to pause the outside world and fully attune to your internal system.

Guided by my primary Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, we honor a foundational truth: we go slow to go deep. In this unhurried space, we have the room to safely unblend from overwhelming anxiety, sit gently with the parts carrying heavy self-doubt, and allow burdened parts to release their pain in real time.

By dedicating an intentional, extended block of time to your system, we bypass the weekly startup and wind-down cycles. This allows your core Self the quiet, spaciousness, and unhurried focus needed to naturally restore internal balance, clarity, and unshakeable self-worth.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision for registered interns pursuing clinical licensure, alongside future student internship placements, will be available in an upcoming cohort. I am currently designing a reflective, collaborative mentorship framework dedicated to helping the next generation of social workers cultivate a strong, authentic clinical identity. When this program launches, it will offer a structured, trauma-informed sanctuary to safely refine your therapeutic craft.

Moving beyond administrative checkboxes, our future sessions will focus on advanced case conceptualization, cultural humility, and learning how to bring a steady, compassionate presence to complex relational work—including navigating how your own internal parts react to client trauma. While I am not accepting active supervisees at this time, I am building a prospective waitlist for those who value professional autonomy and deep mind-body approaches.
